The building has a double skin facade with integrated curtains as an extra sun protection. Insulating glass units with VidaPoint are applied inside and single glass with SinglePoint are used for the outer skin. Controlled air flow between single glass and double glass contributes to climate control system providing comfort climate. Specially designed steel construction gives also an advantage when it comes to maintenance of the facade.
